Asiatische Gemüsesorten Samen

In der asiatischen Küche werden sehr viele Gemüsesorten und Kräuter verwendet, die in Europa nur wenig bekannt sind - dabei sind viele dieser Gemüsesorten äußerst aromatisch und gesund und wachsen auch im mitteleuropäischen Klima sehr gut.

Wer gerne im Wok kocht, wird bereits wissen: Viele in der thailändischen und chinesischen Küche verwendeten Zutaten sind auch Teil der europäischen Küche, wenn auch anders zubereitet, und einige asiatische Gemüsesorten wie etwa Pak Choi, Chinakohl, Mungobohnen oder Bambussprossen sind inzwischen auch in anderen Teilen der Welt verbreitet und lassen sich auch dort gut aus Samen züchten und kultivieren. Andere wiederum wie die Bittermelone oder der Efeukürbis sind weitgehend unbekannt.

Besonderheiten der asiatischen Küchen sind sicherlich die Verwendung vieler verschiedener Blattgemüse, das Würzen mit scharfen Wurzeln wie Ingwer und das kurze, scharfe Anbraten und Sautieren von Gemüse im Allgemeinen.
